A programme about the Film School in Box (FSIB) initiative, which was developed by The Independent Film Trust (IFT), the UK charity which exists to advance the cause of independent film-making, in partnership with the Raindance film organisation. The programme focuses on two FSIB projects - Vision Shorts, for people recovering from mental-health problems, and a subsequent project run with Stoke Newington School (SNS) in Hackney.
In June 2011 the IFT ran a five-day film-making course with The Hampton Project, an educational charity based in South London, which works with young people who have been excluded from mainstream education and who have committed a criminal offence or are felt to be at risk of doing so. This is the film produced by the three course participants. The initiative also received support from the Coutts Charitable Trust and the Music Sales Charitable Trust.
